WE THE PEOPLE… #BangkitMalaysia – May 9th 2018
A most historic day for Malaysia when the people managed to oust Barisan Nasional from the government after 61 years.
A most historic day for Malaysia when the people managed to oust Barisan Nasional from the government after 61 years.
Forgive us – it has been too long, and we have been through too much.
It is quite exciting times now, much unlike when Khairy first ran, where he was one person swallowed up by a party that never listened to our generation anyway.
Media ownership is a funny thing. Anyone who has the money and the resources to do so can own a media outlet. Is this illegal? Of course not.
If you think that this is an isolated case of one politician saying something stupid, think again. Pay close attention as campaigning starts to heat up. More and more politicians are going to say more ludicrous things.
The real objective is to have the politicians from both divides think about why such a movement has come about in the first place.
I believe that the movement to spoil votes will not serve a positive purpose because of the situation in our country where the ruling party has never been out of power – ever.
It’s hard to be politically active in Malaysia. For those working in the government, it’s now gotten even harder to exercise their basic right to vote.
No matter what the intentions, there is always a means to an end.
Shit will bring Malaysians together!
