Sometimes I’ll get lame and write about my daughter in my column for The Malaysian Insider. So sue me!

Evil spirits have invaded my baby!
By Zan Azlee
APRIL 22 — I’ve been feeling guilty these past few days because I’ve been haunted by the fact that my one-month-old daughter Athena Azlee had her first outing at a shopping mall. So I decided to take time off from work and whisk her off on a real trip. And how real can you get than Colmar Tropicale, the fake French village in Bukit Tinggi.
Now a lot of people tend to think that a baby so young shouldn’t be brought anywhere new because she might just get “disturbed.” I have a friend who also had a baby the same week I had mine. He was telling me stories about his son crying like mad in the middle of the night on a regular basis.
“I don’t know what kind of evil spirit is bothering him at night,” he told me during breakfast one morning.
“Evil spirit?” I responded.
“Something is bothering him at night. He only keeps quiet when I hold him and shout out ‘Whatever you are, stop bothering my son! Subhanallah!’”
“Right, buddy! All babies cry at night. And most babies keep quiet when you carry them too.”

The gameplay is equally pathetic. There are not enough options on the filed. You are severely limited in what you
can do, leaving you frustrated and disappointed that you were caught yet again. If you played FIFA world cup you
no doubt were dazzled by the fabulous gameplay that left soccer fans gaping in awe and admiration. Now why can’t
rugby fans be treated similarly and get something worthwhile?
If you play the game in multi-player mode then it becomes a little more interesting. The controls respond adequately
and the moves are easily picked up. If you love rugby then playing in this mode will give you hours of fun and
enjoyment despite some of the flaws inherent in the game.
You will be able to perform most major maneuvers like side-step, shoulder charges, etc, and most of your
enthusiasm won’t be dampened after all. You can also choose to play online with players on the Internet, something
which was lacking in the playstation 2 edition. The crowd seems a little pathetic. Lots more could have been done
to improve the game, but once again, the developer put its own interests first, looking for a fast, easy cash cow and
what better than to dupe the rugby world?
