Here’s a ‘Selamat Hari Raya‘ video I did for The Malaysian Insider. Damn… I had to chase all these people around town trying to get them on video! Getting stuck in traffic during buka puasa time in the heavy rain is no fun! But I got it all done in three days. I wish I could have gotten more people.
I even met Tan Sri Muhyiddin, the Deputy Prime Minister, at a press conference. But the bugger actually snubbed me aside when I asked him if he would like to wish ‘Selamat Hari Raya’ to The Malaysian Insider audience, he just said “talk to my people” and walked away. I had my video camera all ready and he just needed to look into the camera and say ‘Selamat Hari Raya’. It wouldn’t have taken him more than 5 seconds!
Selamat Hari Raya people!
